THE RESIDENCY AT CITY CENTRE

In tune with the Bengal Ambuja mission that homes are more than just four walls, architect–visionary Charles Correa has endeavored to provide a lifestyle destination to our residents. Good design combining functionality with aesthetic appeal is what he has tried to achieve in the exclusive residential block of 60 designer homes comprising two–three–four bed roomed apartments along with a few duplex and triplex units.

Spaciousness has been integrated into the design of The Residency, As a result the conventional block structure of towers has been replaced with an extended wall–like design so that one can enjoy an unhindered view of the landscaped open area from each apartment. The spaciousness has been carried into our internal design as well. Another interesting feature of our project is the connecting bridges from the building to the landscaped green area at the first floor level, which circumvent vehicular movement and ensure a vehicular free passage from the apartment block to the garden for children and adults alike.

More than 70% of the total acres within The Residency is left open. The built forms are blended with the landscaping with the sloped gardens also including a children’s play area.

The manicured garden provides space for private get-together by residents. Ample parking space and round the clock securities definitely add to the amenities here.

At The Residency, we have extended the sense of leisure to an exclusive residents club with the provisions of a lounge, multi-utility room, a swimming pool and a toddler’s pool.
