House Keeping Services
All common areas, rest rooms, and public area cleaning is
provided seven days a week. While it is be our endeavor to provide services of the highest
order, we will appreciate your contacting us should you wish to draw our attention to any
shortcoming or discrepancy in this area.
Car parking management
- Parking is handled by a professional group who is appointed and
controlled by city center management.
- The paid visitor parking is in operation during the hours of 9.00
am to 10.30 pm.
- All vehicles should be locked when left within the parking
facility.
- Due to the limited parking space , please park only between the
lines designating each parking space Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicle are subject
to tow-away at the owner's expense.
- The speed limit in the parking area is 15kph.
- The direction of traffic flow is indicated by appropriate signages
throughout the parking zone.
- City Centre office and the Car Park Operator are not responsible
for any losses due to theft, collision, or any other damage done to vehicles while parked
in the facility.

Air Conditioning
Centralized air-conditioning for the occupant is provided at the
Block A & Block F Ground floor. The ground and the first floor of the other four plaza
Block B, Block C, Block D & Block E have air conditioning services except for the
common areas. Central Air-conditioning services is provided from 10.30 A.M to 8.30 PM.
Air Conditioning Beyond the
Standard Hours
Please be advised that air-conditioning services beyond standard
hours of operation is provided strictly on case to case basis subject to the viability of
the requirement. It may be appreciated that air-conditioning services beyond standard
hours of operation can be provided only during special / festive occasions where there is
collective request for the same by a group of occupants and the cost of which will be
billed extra. The request of the same would be through an "Additional
Air-Conditioning Request Form" duly signed by the authorized signatory and have the
same delivered to the City Centre office.

Maintenance Services
The following list of services are provided for no additional
cost to each occupant.
- Temperature adjustment
- Building mechanical systems maintenance
- Elevator / Escalators repairs or adjustments
- Sanitary and plumbing systems maintenance in all common areas

above services, or information about other services that may be required.
Special permits for Access to locked Building Core areas, Rooms
and offices
Occasionally , it is necessary for various persons to have access
to locked areas of the building ( i.e, telephone installers, repairmen, contractors, etc.
) Contractors should contact the City Centre office to obtain access.

Emergency Services
A. Emergency stairwell exits
There is one emergency stairwell exit in each building.
Evacuation in case of emergencies will be through these exits.
B. Emergency Fire protection Equipment
The building is equipped with a sophisticated life safety system
composed of a complete sprinkler system for fire protection, a fire alarm and detection
system. A public address system provides
one-way communication between the security control and all floors in each Block.
C. Elevator Malfunctions
- In the event that an elevator stops with passengers in it,
remember to remain calm. Each elevator in the building is equipped with an intercom
system. A security guard is on-site 24 hours a day to respond to this situation. An
elevator mechanic is on call and will quickly restore the car to service. Do not
attempt to pry the doors open or to exit an elevator which has not completely leveled and
stopped.
- In the event of a power failure, elevators in the building will
continue to operate using an emergency generator. Should a power failure occur, elevator
lights will remain on but the car will temporarily stop.
Promotions & PR
Marketing and PR team of the complex plans and implements
activities for mall promotions. From time to time occupants are approached to participate
in such events.

Building Rules &
Regulations
- Sidewalks, doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other
similar areas should not be used for the disposal of trash, or be obstructed by Owners /
Tenants or be used by Owners / Tenants for any purpose other than entrance and exit to and
from the leased premise or for going from one part of the building to another part of the
building.
- Plumbing fixtures shall be used only for the purposes for which
they are designed and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be
disposed therein. Damage to any such fixtures proven to result from misuse by an Owner /
Tenant shall be the liability of the Owner / Tenant.
- Signs, advertisements, graphics, or notices visible in, or from public corridors, or
from outside the building, shall be subjected to City Centre for prior consent. Guidelines
laid down for the purpose by City Centre shall apply.
- Smoking is not allowed in all designated areas.
